My name is Raymond Waggoner. I am 19 years old and currently a sophmore studying music education at East Carolina University.
I am pretty easy going and easy to get along with, I have a wonderful girlfriend named Kayla whom I love with all my heart.
I love to surf, play hockey, party, and just really have a good time. I also teach winterguard and marching band and winter
